It is with great pleasure that we would like to announce that requisimus, together with Wertefest, has decided to acquire an entrepreneurial stake in Mingabyte. Last Friday, Raimund Waning (Managing Director Mingabyte), Matthias Größler (Wertefest) and our management met with the notary to make this important step official.
Who is values-fixed?
Wertefest is a renowned consulting firm from Munich with a focus on functional security and cyber security. The company is comparable in size to us and has a considerable customer base both inside and outside the automotive industry. Maybe some of you haven’t heard of them directly yet, but we have already worked together successfully on several projects. Examples are the BMW project „Manju“ and the JoyNext project „Swathantra“, in which Valuesfest played a central role.
Joint projects and strengths
We share a location in Munich with Mingabyte and have already successfully collaborated on several projects, as is currently the case with „SilverAthena“. By combining our expertise in software development and Mingabyte’s strengths in hardware and systems design, we can now offer our customers an even more holistic solution. Values-based also brings in sound know-how in functional security and cyber security.
Our goal: The complete V-model from a single source
Through the close cooperation of the three companies, we are now able to map the entire development process of a control unit development – from conception to implementation, all from a single source.
